Just a little note about weather:
Most of our events happen come rain or shine, as we build wet weather contingencies into all of our events planning. As Ranulph Fiennes says "there's no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes'. Occasionally, however, we are forced to cancel an event if the weather conditions makes it unsafe. If so, we will promote this on our website, on Facebook, on Twitter, via local radio stations and at the event venue itself.
