TRAC 10th Anniversary celebrations

To celebrate their 10th anniversary of business in Cornwall, TRAC Services engaged us to run a number of events during 2011 including an IOD networking event and a charity fundraising dinner. 

 The key element of developing the events programme with TRAC was to ensure that the events echoed the core ethos of TRAC Services, that of 'business with a social conscience'.  To this end, the IOD networking event included a presentation from the Heartlands Project CEO, Vicky Martin, with locally sourced food and drink as well as celebrating TRAC Services' birthday.  The TRAC Services Dinner raised over £1,600 for the Cornwall 100 Club, part of Cornwall Community Foundation through a fantastic raffle with prizes donated by Cornish businesses and collated into 10 fantastic packages. 

Our role was to undertake all of the operational planning and delivery of the events including sourcing caterers, decor, co-ordination of prizes with TRAC staff and Cornwall Community Foundation, run the events on the day and liaise between all parties.
