Event Staffing
We are delighted to be able to offer event staff for all occasions through our new agency. Whether it's just for running the reception desk, for promotional work, for practical hands-on crew, for health & safety stewarding or for looking after the overall running of the event, we can provide trained, insured, experienced staff. As with all of our services, our staffing services are tailored to the needs of the client and the project so we start with a conversation to establish exactly what you need. From this, we will then source the staff you require, brief them and where appropriate, directly manage them onsite. Our event staff can travel all over the UK if needed.
Delegate Management
From setting up the ticketing or registration process through to onsite reception staffing, we can support your event with a delegate management solution tailored to your event. Delegate management services include initial set up through a variety of potential providers including online solutions, phone/email ticket registration, collation of delegate lists, circulation of joining instructions, co-ordination of delegate needs (e.g. travel, accommodation, dietary requirements and access needs), preparation of name badges, and onsite reception staffing. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service that is tailored to your needs and those of your project.
